  1. I’m looking for Klippan front seat belts. I’ll take parts or a complete set. Klippan seat belts had the chrome steel loop on the center tunnel that the claw-type latch clipped to.
  2. I think I have the sheet metal sorted out, thank you
  3. I’m looking for the sheet metal that contains the flange/opening where the parking brake attaches. If anyone has it, please let me know!
  4. On my round tail lights, the reflector connects to the trim ring / lens with knurled plastic nuts. However, I’ve seen a few tail lights for sale that have a white plastic tube instead (see attached pic). Is this a different tail light style or are they assembled wrong? Thanks
  5. Hey Mike, My car was Charmonix originally. Thanks! From BMW: The BMW 2002 US VIN 1666597 was manufactured on June 19th, 1969 and delivered on June 27th, 1969 to the BMW importer Hoffman Motors Corp. in New York City. The original colour was Chamonix, paint code 085.
  6. I bought this but didn’t end up needing it as I converted to euro headlights. This is the us style headlight for cars with sealed beams. Part # 170 E 5 SB LI Left light Hella brand new/unused condition $100 + shipping. Lower 48 only
  7. My 02 had a cheap aftermarket carpet in it when I bought it. The carpets need to be replaced so I’m looking for guidance on the correct color/pattern. My car is 1969 year with marine blue interior. The aftermarket carpets (replaced in 80s according to PO) are salt and pepper. This seems consistent with what others have talked about on these forums as being correct. That said, I found these mats stored with the spare tire. They show blue square weave. So my question is... was the blue carpet original to the car? Thanks
  8. I'm interested in these if they aren't sold
  9. Hi, I'm looking for a couple things to complete my interior. I need the rear interior panels in black / marine blue with chrome strip. I'm looking for panels without any obvious damage like holes, rips, deep scrapes, etc. I also need an early style seat adjustment knob. Attached are pictures of the parts that I need. Thanks!
  10. I am looking for the gasket that goes between a 6 fuse (fuse) box and the body - black rubber gasket. These are NLA. I'm also looking for the fuse box as well. Thanks
  11. Thank you for the info! I’m currently tearing down the car to repaint and I’ve been finding odd stuff like this... the forensics of it is pretty cool
  12. I think you guys are right about it being an old alarm system. I got some better pics of the front and back... apparently it takes a key!
  13. Yeah, that's exactly how I stood. I'm wondering if these are parts from the AC system that the previous owner removed? When I get home, I'll take better pictures and see how the "electrical" component is attached.
  14. The photo is looking straight down behind the left headlight. I've removed the headlight bucket and grill. The wiring belongs to headlight. The clip thing looks like it might hold a bulb or something
  15. I'm trying to figure what's missing or broken on my (new to me) 1969 BMW 2002. Behind the left headlight, I found a half removed bracket and some sort of clip (looks electrical). What are these used for? Can someone send me pics of how this is supposed to look? Thanks
  16. I'm looking for an early style (fits 1969) turn signal for the front. I need the right side, but I'll gladly take both sides if you have them. Thanks, Shawn
  17. I'm looking for undamaged/unmodified panels that go under the dashboard. I believe there 4 of them? I have a 2 piece dashboard if that matters.
