    My wife, kids, mom, sister and nephews are all in route to Nashville. They are safe My cars are stored in Homestead. E30, C2 corvette, E36M3. I'm riding it out in Coral Gables with my father. We will be fine Thank God my Tii is at Le Tran in California.

    Very very nice meeting you too. By the way seeing your beautiful tii helped us get on track. I actually had kind of given up on the whole thing. Seeing your beautfull tii and talking to you energized me again. Last night I found a Tii that is very dry, almost rust free and all original paint with yours and my favorite tobacco interior.

    I am still going to cali next week to pick up but honestly the seller worries me a little. He withheld the salvage title for 3 days of talks and only revealed the salvage title after we had agreed on a price. Plus my original budget was $10k, then went up to 15k. Now that the budget is up to $20k there might be more options.

    I am looking for a 2002 with very little to no rust. Preferably no color change and clean title. i am in south Florida but I have a trailer and will travel. Thank you Rene By the way we are already on the road headed to the west coast with trailer in tow update!!!! 1973 Tii coming home with me!! Thanks to everyone for the help. Now comes the fun part, getting it back in tip top condition.

    How big of any issue is the title if the car looks great, drives great and has no rust?

    I just found out the car has a rebuilt title. Apparently in California if a car has not been registered in over 20 years it becomes a salvage title. This concerns me not as much as it would in other cars. For some reason I am willing to lower my standards for a 2002. Maybe because I plan to keep it forever and pass it on, title branding is not such a big deal? Many 2002's have been taken to the shell and had major panels replaced from rust and accidents yet have clean titles. Quickly my initial 10k budget has escalated to about $18k. I really want to buy the right car for us

    I am trying to fly out as soon as Monday. I am not questions the price. The seller is a good guy and I feel very confident in his descriptions. The car was built from a very solid shell. It's a little sleeper not a stock car. I.E. springs, sways etc. The car has everything I want . I wish was on a plane heading there now. Heres a a pic of the roommate
