  1. Pulled the 1600 out of the garage, but having some idle and exhaust issues so didn't make it to cars and coffee this morning. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  2. In an increasingly digital and transient experiential world, there is huge value in analog.
  3. By the way, how many other Seattle NKs in here? Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  4. That's really interesting in the numeric sequence, mine is 937209 which I'd assume was earlier, but manufactured Oct 14th 1965 Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  5. Looking good @Hein Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  6. Will do. The paint looks better in person than a phone pic [emoji3] Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  7. @savvy and board, Benji from 2002ad just delivered the car to me, here's an updated pic Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  8. Hi Savvy, Yes, the car is work in progress still. It took a while to pull together the resources to do it. Ben at 2002 is working on it for me. He had done all the body work and paint, kept the turf color. The original numbers motor is now rebuilt and in the car. Haven't posted in a while, I can't believe it's been nearly 4 years since last post, but looking forward to some posts later in the year when I have the car and do some interior work on it. Cheers
  9. My nk is in la for the moment, but planning on getting it up here soon, we should do a Seattle NK meetup. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  10. Wow that moved fast! Sent from my SM-G930T using Tapatalk

  12. Ah gotcha, and wow I had no idea of the rarity. Sent from my SM-G930T using Tapatalk
  13. There are three in the Welt - another Turf green, I think it's a 1500, a Bristol 1800, and a blue (it's light, not sure the color name) 1500.
  14. By the way, go here to Collective Memory: http://www.next100.bmw/en/topics/collective-memory.html#bookmark=aHR0cDovL3Zpc2lvbi5uZXh0MTAwLmJtdy9jb2xsZWN0aXZlX21lbW9yeS9lbl9jYy9pbmRleC5odG1s Scroll down and you'll see my 1600 next one of Ryan's 02's.
  15. You guys are making me regret decisions to potentially change the carpet, Esty did such a nice job though Yeah it's still in the car right now and other items are are being restored, including the numbers motor. Ben convinced me to leave a lot of things alone as well and keep them as much in original condition.
