  7. Ok i'm ready to get the car painted. Anyone know of a great shop. I'd like to keep my options open, thinking maybe box style (zender) flares if it's in the budget. I'm in San Diego so if you have first hand experience I'd like to hear from ya. Thanks.
  8. Sorry for being such a newbie but I ended up buying a project beyond my capabilities, so I'm learning as I go along. I take it that I don't need to run a jumper wire from the battery then, all good news. I will do as suggested by you good folks. First I need to wait for Blunt to send me that darn carbon pin.
  9. Do I need to run a separate wire from the battery (+) to the horn? They've provided special wire with a fuse in it and the directions says to connect it to one of the numbered spades on the relay. But the relay (provided in the kit) is suppose to be connected into the harness on the side of the car. Do I need to tap into the wiring harness and connect the "special" fuse wire to the female connector for that numbered spade? I hope this makes sense. Thanks.
  10. Unfortunately for me, the horn I got is the Italian one (black) which has two spade connectors one + and - If theres only a + and neutra wiresl, what do I do with the negative terminal on the horn?
  11. Are you referring to the pair of wires shown? If so is the Green one positive.
  12. Hi Ive done the site search but seems like I'm not finding what I need. I have a 74 tii and have no horn. There are two wires on the drivers side bundled with the headlight wires/harness. One is green/yellow and the other brown. Is this for the horn. I bought the Griots horn and it has two spade connectors + and - and the two loose wires have the female ends. They plug into each other nicely. What do I do next. Kit comes with a relay and I've traced the two loose wires back to one of the relays. Do I switch out the round silver stock relay and plug the new one (rectangle black) in. Do I have to run a new wire from the battery for power? Shouldn't that come from the relay? Thanks.
  13. Hi, If anyone has a hood hinge available please let me know. They're the two side hinges that attach to the cross bar used to hold the hood open for display/repair. I just need one hinge. Thanks. Khai
  14. I'm interested. Whats the material and what is involved in fitting them on a complete car? Thanks.

  16. Would you have the side hinges that hold up the hold, not the front ones. Thanks, Khai

  18. Congrats I know the feeling well; like you're on top of the world.
  19. Thats promising. I don't have the original bolts what size are they?
  20. Anyone know what size bolts were used to attache the long/round tubes that connects the big ugly bumpers to the later cars (74tii). I'm doing a conversion and need bolts to attach the ANTON brakets. Is there a nut at the end or is the hole in the trunk threaded? Thanks.
