  1. Ken. Thanks for the email. Here's the bracket that I have, it's the one with the support.
  2. Driving south on IH -35 last night just north of San Marcos and the SUV ahead of me swerved to avoid a tire on the road, hit it anyway and chucked it flipping towards me. Rats! My bumper took the brunt so now I'm looking for: 1: Driver Bumper Bracket that connects to the frame, I'll buy a set, but I only need the drivers side 2: Driver side bumper over rider 3: Driver side chrome bumper Taking the rest to a chrome shop this morning, so I may/may not need more. Thanks in advance. email to: gahrndez(AT)me(DOT)com [/img]
  3. Going to swap out my York Piston compressor for a Sanden rotary. What is the model number that's recommended for our cars. I'd like to stay with R12 as I've still got a few cans.
  4. Got one with a burnt section, so I'm looking for a replacement. Orange Turn Signal Thanks.
  5. Looking to replace the trunk left/right cardboard/masonite side panels on my '73 roundie. After a forum search, it seems that this has been pitched around a couple of times. If anyone has the patterns available, I'm willing to have them scanned so that we can upload them here for future reference. If someone already has them scanned, then an email with the file is appreciated. Apparently only the later roundies had these panels to protect the side light wiring. Mine are shot so I'm going to make a set. Also, someone was making the floor panel sets again, about $125+/- if I remember. Need the left side as well. Thanks all.
  6. Jason. Nice photo and car. We still need to try to get the Austin folks together..... g.
  7. Looking for a matching spare set of window cranks, both driver and pass. Not the internals, just the handles, chrome and black plastic. Also a matching set of round turn knobs for the vent windows. Thanks.
  8. Yep. They are supposed to dim with the panel lights. If you go the LED route, then your off/on, the old school bulbs dim as designed. g.
  9. This job was soooooo easy. Less than 5 minutes. Sylvania 2721 bulbs do the job. $5 at Autozone, even less online. g.
  10. Ok, got it.... Thanks for the quick replies. Much appreciated. g.
  11. Quick question, got the driver side heater control panel lit, the passenger side is dark. RealOEM parts diagrams shows the driver side with a bulb, the passenger without. I also did a forum search and it appears that early cars are unlit and later cars, around '73 got the light bulbs. Before I remove the passenger side control panel, is it correct that on my car both sides will have the bulbs? The little #74 bulbs.
  12. Bob. Found this in the service manual. Hope it helps. 33_55_000 Rear Stabilizer.PDF
  13. --Williamggruff Crying as I was laughing.....Definitely a top 10! Thanks for the submission.
  14. Nick. Great looking car and good toy haul. I need to drive up to the north forty one of these days soon.
  15. Thanks for the reply, let me know whatcha got. regards. g
  16. Looking for a decent wooden wheel. Doesn't need to be perfect. But I would like hub included and center horn button if you've got it. Thanks.
  17. J. Thanks. I found the link after my post. DOH! I'll try to make it.
  18. Brackets are good stuff. Well made and so far holding up pretty, pretty, good. Tilux usually has 'em on Ebay. I also didn't want to drill the original bumper. Little pricey, but worth the expense as they're heavy and very adjustable. If I remember correctly, you can't use a really long post, but most fog/driving lights will fit. You can use the bracket as a negative ground, but I chose to use a common ground at the bumper bracket instead and run dual wires up to the lights. I thought about buying another set for a rear fog light, but only need one.....If anyone wants to split a set, let me know.
  19. Not the clearest photo, but you get the gist. Installed some old cibies with adjustable clamp brackets from Tilux. Install was a breeze. Use relays.
  20. If your pump is good and you're getting water through the line to the jets, then they're blocked. I replaced mine as they are still available from the dealer. Get the part number from realOEM. Fastest and easiest way to get your washer jets back up to speed.....Think they were about $15 each. A little pricey but again, quick and easy.
  21. Still looking! Please drop a line if you have or know of parts. Thanks.
  22. Thanks for the reply. Send me your phone number and I'll give you a shout.
