  1. Does that clear wire run all the way to the starter? Or does it have another final destination? Thanks Isaac
  2. My car currently has a Bosch blue coil installed on it. Since this coil is internally regulated I no longer need resistance in the power wire. (I know this isn't the optimal setup...but it's what I have ATM). I started tearing into the harness yesterday and haven't been able to find a lump in the clear shielded wire running to about 3/4 of the way across my firewall. The wire doesn't seem modified at all and still has the ohm label near the coil. Any hint to try and find the location of this thing? Thanks Isaac
  3. I received my bumper from Jayson last week. It took some time, but he did deliver. Isaac
  4. Jayson, It looks like that the payment got reveresed. I am not sure what happened exactly. I will try to call you later this morning to discuss. Isaac
  5. It was included with my payment. Look at Paypal. What is your email? I can send it there as well If you need.
  6. Payment Sent. Please keep me updated on shipping information. Isaac
  7. I will take it. Whats your paypal/google wallet? Thanks Isaac
  8. I have decided I think I would like to get one of those bumpers. Whats your paypal? Thanks Isaac
  9. I have used copper spray gasket on both a victor reinz and a Cometic MLS and still have had some leaking issues on the oil return passages on the right side of the engine. It is my understanding it is worth while to buy the OE from BMW gasket, as it actually seals...
  10. ok, is this 3oz weave or chop? and how many layers (estimate thickness if you don't know)? Thanks, Isaac
  11. Interested in the rear bumper. Who made them, whats the thickness and how straight are they? Whats the best price shipped to 98226? Please Email. Thanks Isaac
  12. I am looking for an early (Double Sheer) 4sp selector rod with ROUND Holes on both ends. Mine has some ovaling to it and new ones are NLA. Please email @ stark.isaac at gmail (dot) com Thanks Isaac
  13. I had a hard time finding a replacement head for my car a few years back. It seemed like every head I looked at had cracks between the valves. Make sure to check it out carefully. I ended up having one repaired and wished I kept up the hunt to find a good one. It ended up being quite expensive to properly fix it. Isaac
  14. I used paypal, but thanks for the heads up. I will look into this this further this weekend.
  15. Yes it is. Rebuilt from 2002AD. Is there anything that I can do to fix this? I am not sure how it could be off THAT much if the box works at all. Crazy.
  16. In that picture the tension rod isn't attached at the other end of the control arm. I was just test fitting the control arm. I think there may just be some variability between my sub frame (Boxed in/Welded), control arm and steering box as they all came from different sources. You can rest assured I will NOT be cutting anything. I appreciate the concern. Isaac
  17. Thanks for checking on your car, I will "adjust" it this weekend and hopefully it will all clear.
  18. I am a little stumped by this, the only thing I could think is that the whole subframe is tweeked on that side causing the control arm to be that close to the steering box. I suppose the only way to fix it would be to un-twist it??
  19. Here is a quick shot from my phone, sorry for the poor picture quality. Isaac
  20. I am working on reassembling the front suspension on my 2002 after a complete overhaul and installation of a replacement front subframe. I went to put on the left control arm and it seems to be making contact with the nut/shaft on the steering box. Was there different control arm spacers depending on the year? The right side went together just fine. I am using new OE Control arms and the subframe doesn't seem damaged as the large control arm bolt slid through the holes smoothly. Thanks Isaac
