tires and wheels E21 323i spotted in DC. Anyone know the owner?

I spotted this one in the parking garage for the Harris Teeter in Kalorama. The trunk was open, so I figured that the owner was coming back soon. They did not. I went in, shopped for groceries and came back out, only to find that the trunk was still open and the owner was still nowhere to be found. I closed the trunk and left a note. Anyone know the owner?
