Cylinder head question

If it is indeed a '74 2002 motor than it will have an E12 head.

I wouldn't go shopping for pistons based on what that motor OUGHTA have. These things are frequently modified, so it's worth a trip to storage before you go spending big bucks. All you have to do is look for the stamping on the side of the head.

Yes WagnerF15 is partially correct. But I have seen heads that have had their combustion chambers modified/machined to fit on motors with different pistons. So it's really a crapshoot until you remove the head for a look see.
