Seattle Annual 02-02 Drive

Lets not let this annual tradition die this year.

I have not heard anything about this year's drive ( I tried, ok) so I am calling it!

Greg, Sean, Kevin, Big Dog, Colin, Ken, TOBY!, Larry, and to all those others whom I cannot immediately remember your names lets meet at the usual place, Don Armeni Park 9:30am this coming Saturday February 7th for a short SANE, drive. The weather looks to cooperate.

Anyone care to be the drive-miester? Organize the route.

Is there a planned route for the drive? I would very much like to attend, but have a kid's basketball game until 10:00. Any idea where you will be at that point, or someone's cell #?

I'll be there for sure in my ratty-flat-black '76 (I live just down the road, near Marginal Way). Also, anybody looking to check on the status of the drive (maybe to catch up late) can feel free to give me a call, as I will have my phone on me (hands free, of course!).

Now, off to my buddy Rusty's to see if we can get his '68 on the road in time to make it. Let's hope so.

Im 52 years old and have been into cars all my life.

I been around many different car clubs and events

from Chevy's to Datsuns Ferrari and Lamborghini.

Today was the most fun Ive at a car event in I can't

remember.This is my 1st 2002 gathering and hope

it wont be the last.It was great to be around a group

of down to earth car guys that had more to talk about

than their $30,000 paint jobs...

Colin & I were unfortunately skiing at Crystal and are out of it until the Spring.
