  1. Hey! Thought this post was dead. Didn’t check back for a bit. Awesome! I still haven’t found a space, but still interested. I’ll keep looking and reply back.
  2. How much of the work would you do yourself? I’m trying to get a few folks to rent a shared garage space in the farther east bay.(There is a great spot available in concord) I’ve got myself and another vintage BMW guy onboard now. We are both pretty experienced and could help with your project.
  3. Hi all, looking to see if there is interest in sharing a rental shop space in the east bay. I have myself and another vintage BMW guy interested. I was looking in the concord area because of cost and distance for us, but could be open for other locations. I’d like to take on larger projects than are reasonable in my 2 car garage. I have a ton of tools, air compressor/ air tools, mig and tig welders. Somewhat experienced in fabrication. (Have a M62 V8 swapped in my Bavaria) Up for teaming up on other projects, helping with stuff. learning, teaching. Also having a cool hangout spot, etc. Lemons car?
  4. Is there a planned route for the drive? I would very much like to attend, but have a kid's basketball game until 10:00. Any idea where you will be at that point, or someone's cell #?
  5. I have been casually looking around for storage/shop space in the greater Seattle area. Would anyone be interested in sharing a space like this? For example, I found a shop for rent in Issaquah for 500.00 a month, fairly large with a work-pit. This may not be the ideal location or terms, but I wanted to check interest. Is anyone in the Seattle area interested, or even better, a few people, the monthly cost would be lower. Thanks, Seth
  6. Good deal, I'm definitely up for it. There are two other Bavaria's around(that I know of), both on the eastside, we meet up once a year with a few folks from Oregon/northern California. The 02 community is much more active, there aren't nearly as many Bavarias still on the road. PM me with someones contact info if you could
  7. Hello, long time lurker on the board. I live in Seattle, and was wondering how many 02 folks in Seattle are active on the board. I often see an 02 parked on MLK, in the CD(verona maybe, but could be mixing memories) with a neu class parked across the street, is the owner on here? I'm in beacon hill, don't have an 02, but have a Bavaria/E3.
