I got the aluminum one from Ireland and it looks sweet! I doubt it would work if you still have a mechanical fan though, and it does require some drilling. You may want to check with Double 02 salvage and BavAuto and some of the other vendors who are linked in the "liked parts suppliers" section of the forums.

A few options for radiators-

You should be able to find a stock, 2 row unit for your car from most vendors.

A cheaper option is to use a Pinto or 320i radiator. These will not look stock and may need some extra mounting holes drilled, but they will work just fine.

If you want all-out cooling capacity, then look to the race suppliers like Ireland and they can set you up with a monster rad. Modifications will be needed and the price may be high.

A popular option is to get one of Curt Ingrahams 3 row radiators. Great product. Looks stock, cools great. Cost will be inbetween the stock option and a race tank.

Before you jump, you should know that Curt's 3 row rad bolts into the orignal mounting holes and works great...even in this desert. 20 minute job!

The IE unit requires you to cut on the battery tray and drill at least 3 holes into your car, and it's a real tight fit. I chose not to hassle with it after buying one....then selling it.

Good luck, whichever way you go.
