tires and wheels Tire / Wheel Sizes

Had turbo flairs installed. Front and rear fenders were cut. Car is 1974 2002. Project is 6 years and going.

See attached photos.

What size wheels and tires would work? I'm open to suggestions and may go with different brakes but for now brakes are stock.

I used to have a '74 with turbo flares and I ran 13" Alpinas with 205/60 tires. Not sure about the width of the rims...think they were 6". It was a great setup with the car lowered about 1" and some negative camber.

my track car had 195/50/15's with those fares you could go wider depending in tires avaliable

Alot CAN work, but generally anything over 15" wheels will be heavy. Having said that, Cris on this board is running 17" wheels without flares and they fit and look tops. You could easily go larger than 205/50 tyres. Pretty much find a set of wheels you like. They will most likely fit if they are a lower offset than 30 and 4x100PCD
