will a 205/60/13 make it under a lowered (IE coilovers) 02 without rubbing, or would i need to roll the fenders. and if not what size would fit? thanks...Marc

For a 5J rim an offset of 25 to 28mm would work fine.

You can recalculate for other rimsizes from here. Keep in mind that it is not the offset that should stay the same, the offset is relative to the centre of the rim.

(btw, 25.4mm = 1 inch, so an offset of around an inch is okay).
