tires and wheels Are 320i front springs interchangable on a 2002tii?

The PO cut my springs so much that I am rubbing even on slight turns. The tires and wheels are okay (good offset and tire width). The car simply sits a little too low and the front end is a little too soft.

Can I take 320i springs and install them on my 74 tii? Are they longer, shorter, wider, ???

Find the part number for the tii springs here http://www.realoem.com/bmw/ then use "Search by Part #" to see what else they're used on. Or look up the front springs for a 320i.
