Anybody used a Tii exhaust Manifold from 02again?

Is it worth the extra $100+ over a stock tii manifold?

haven't used it yet but hopefully soon, it is a thing of beauty and is MUCH lighter than the cast iron version!

Is that made out of stainles steel. Did you notice any performance gains etc.

I met the owner (don't remember his name ) at the Mike Dubois' barbeque after the Palo Alto event. He had dyno charts that showed the improvement in HP and torque. Maybe he'll fax them to you?

My results are not yet dyno proven but seat of the pants feel is quiet diffrent. It pulls from idle to about 5000 really nice. I added some timing and took up the CO on the CIS and it pulls quiet a bit stronger.

Cris, are you comparing to a tii manifold? Also, is there a difference in sound? I've got conventional headers on mine, I don't know what brand, they look pretty cheap to me. I want to replace with either a tii, or the 02 again mainfold, but I want it somewhat quiet. My header is a bit noisy.

Yes, that's compared to a tii manifold. As for sound, not much if any difference.
