Today was awesome, I don;t know the count but probably close to 20 2002s and other vintage BMWs were out today. It was pretty warm out but not unbearable at least.

My buddy whos a professional photographer got some magazine quality shots that I will post up when I get them and also get them in an email to you guys on the list.

Here are few I took:

Congrats on the great turnout!

Thanks for the pics. Maybe I'll be in the area for the next one.

Any plans of doing something for the Euro Auto Festival at the Zentrum in Oct?

BTW, they are raffling a 2002 totally redone at the BMW Performance Center. They'll sell a maximum of 1000 tickets at $100.00 ea. I already bought mine!

Like all best laid plans...

I planned to have my new Ansa midpipe/resonator in early this morning but I ran into difficulty getting the damned old one out. After 2 hours of pounding, prodding and rust dissolver, it finally came out. By that time, it was already past noon and I was wet with sweat. I'll be looking out for the next one...

Darn!

Looks like big fun. Are you guys planning to make the Choo Choo Bimmers drive (starts in Chatanooga) on Sept 30th? It was posted as a TN/Ga event. I have to be in Atl. on the 29th and may try to make it with the S14 2002.

More former BMW's than it is possible to list.
