Share shop space?

Hi all, looking to see if there is interest in sharing a rental shop space in the east bay. I have myself and another vintage BMW guy interested. 
 

I was looking in the concord area because of cost and distance for us, but could be open for other locations.

 

I’d like to take on larger projects than are reasonable in my 2 car garage. 
 

I have a ton of tools, air compressor/ air tools, mig and tig welders. Somewhat experienced in fabrication. (Have a M62 V8 swapped in my Bavaria)

 

Up for teaming up on other projects, helping with stuff. learning, teaching. Also having a cool hangout spot, etc.

Damn! Love this idea I wish I was closer. I’m out in SF/Daly City, East bay is a bit far for me. Good luck!

Hey! Thought this post was dead. Didn’t check back for a bit. Awesome! I still haven’t found a space, but still interested. I’ll keep looking and reply back.
