I was changing over my original pulley to my new rebuilt engine. It has a massive crack running down the keyhole. I don't think it's repairable. At least as far as i know. Any body got a solution or suggestion?

Probably not economically feasible to repair. Should be able to source one here,

I have a couple of spares.

Do you have A/C? Smog? if only running an alternator belt other styles may work.

No SMOG just A/C and Alt.
