rookie 74 bmw tii warm idle

Looking for help if there is anything i can do for my tii after it  fully warms up it does not want to idle? idle is fine a t startup but after driving wants to stall at stops.? thanks

Have you gone through all of the usual steps to make sure your warmup regulator is functioning properly?

As a place to start, here's some good reading on the topic. 

 

My own experience is also noted.   Tiny turns of the little screw inside the tuna can "fixed" my idling problems, both when the engine is hot, and when cold.  Sounds contradictory, but for me it works.
