6v wiper motor in a 12v system

Both 7502 and Healey have the more right answer for this if you weren't going to replace the motor. I much prefer a DC/DC convertor or similar over a resistor which makes a bunch of heat and burns things.

 

That being said, I would replace the motor with a 12v one. If need be, I've got some used ones on the shelf if you can't find one.
