Decal Identification

Trivia question for the real experts.  The windshield in my “new” 1973 BMW 2002 Tii includes 2 decals that appear to be original.  The one on the right offers some very good advice regarding cold starting.  The one on the left is illegible. Any ideas as to what the one on he left might have been?

I believe the illegible one was a multilanguage breaking-in instruction with maximum speeds listed for particular gears.

My car appears to have additional non painted undercoating which I believe was dealer installed but suspicious it may be  factory. If factory, would it have come with this decal? Any ideas where this decal was placed or who may have put it on, i.e. the factory???
