Throttle pedal repair bracket location

After replacing the floors in a 73 02 I noticed that i need to weld in new throttle pedal pivot bracket. The old floor did not have one either so I cant take any measurements. I hoping someone on here has the carpet out or pulled back and could give me some measurements . Thanks in advance.
