1976 exterior door handles

Looking to replace my door handle gaskets on the exterior of my 176 bmw 2002. any you tube videos or demonstrations how to access these and replace them?

You must remove the interior door upholstery panel to access the screw on the front edge of the handle to remove it from the door.  The exterior handle isn't physically connected to the rest of the latch/lock mechanism, so it just comes off once you remove the two screws--actually it'll fall off, so hold onto it as you remove the rear-most screw.  And don't forget that little pot metal spacer that goes between the inner edge of the door and the rear-most screw.

Oh, and don't forget there's a little gasket that goes under the front part of the handle; might as well do both while you're at it.
