Wanted: 2002tii Injection Pump-Working

I have a 2002tii that has been sitting for 10 years plus and I was hoping to get it running again. Does anyone have a tii Kugel injection pump that is in good working condition? I suppose I could send the one out on the car to be rebuilt if needed.

how much are you selling it for without a working pump?

Here's a not so snarky response....

Does it have a pump?

If so, what makes you think the pump is the issue? These things are pretty robust, and take a bit of a thrashing to render them inoperable.

2002faq- Thank you for the response. It does have the original pump still installed. Due to the length of this car sitting I am leaning toward sending it out to a well respected rebuilder along with my injectors to have them gone through. I just wanted to see if there was anyone on the board that had a good working pump that they would sell.

Not a bad plan, but you might be pleasantly surprised to find that your current pump is serviceable and still functions properly (with a change of some 0-rings). There are two versions of K-fishers, basically for rounds & squares.

The pump was removed and it still appears to be the original pump to the car. The car was made in 1971 and still has the correct casting on the pump.

I will be sending it out this upcoming week if there are no good working pumps available.

All pumps will make car run.

Now will it run like a tii should ?

Mix and you will get just a running car:

There must be a reason for all these delivery cam in the pump and we have not even entered the alpina,schintzer,and on and on.
