I purchased this car from my father 4 years ago and have been meticulously maintaining and improving it ever since. It is a rust-free and accident-free example of the last year of the 2002. The Euro bumper conversion was done correctly using custom fabricated patch panels for the late style bumper holes and the correct original mounting points using OE brackets and hardware. Front clip was professionally resprayed afterwards and looks perfect. Used original bumpers were sourced and are in excellent condition. At the time of conversion, the US side markers were also removed and all holes were filled and welded properly. The car was featured at the Lane Motor Museum during their BMW Centenary Exhibit in 2016. The car is mechanically sound and aesthetically excellent. The Behr A/C blows cold and is a welcome addition during summer months. A fun and reliable driver that rides quite smoothly thanks to its suspension upgrades, but also handles well without being harsh, whatsoever. The motor pulls strong and smooth. No transmission grinds or other issues. Brakes work perfectly. The only thing that I am aware of that the car needs is a new heater blower motor, which has already been purchased and will be included with the sale of the car.
