Sacramento 02'ers... paint garage

Insulation in, drywall going back up, starting to look like something is getting done...  BTW, you can't not notice the "mural" on the wall about the 49'ers and Broncos.  1990 Superbowl.  I'd say this place needed a facelift!

102deg outside and putting up drywall on the ceiling.  Yee haa!  I'm still recovering, but I managed to get all the panels up.  I'm still trimming and adjusting but I'll be throwing mud on it this week.  The hardest part is over...

Turning out pretty good. Yeah it's pretty warm today, be sure to drink lots of water. I need to stop by there one of these days to get the full display of the paint booth?

Rolled my first project into the garage.  Non-BMW but I have to get this roadworthy and sold so I can get to my BMW projects...

Creating some "patina".  The paint is pretty bad on the truck so I decided to try making a patina.  Learning as I'm going but I think it might turn out okay.  The paint is so thin I'm able to use acetone and a scratch pad to take the paint off.  Will rust the exposed metal and clear coat the entire truck.
