You should try posting this on some of the Mercedes-Benz forums, I’ve had good luck selling a couple ‘70’s era Becker radios there as they came in those cars new.  Benzworld.org is a good forum to use.

This would look great in my 69 2002.... but I don't have an antenna or speakers?. Guess the original owner of the car didn't buy any extras.
