Flat tire after jacking car up.

I recently took off the left front wheel and tire to look into a slow leak. New tires, no nails, took to Les Schwab, bad valve stem. The car has been balancing on the other three tires for a good hour. I put the fixed tire back on and bring the car down. The wheels have slight inward camber which fixes itself once you start drive, but I left the car park. The next morning the right front tire is flat. Why would this happen? Thanks for your time.

I bought the car 8 months ago, owner gave me receipt of new tires which also shows new stems were installed. He did mention there was a slow leak in one tire that I fixed. Never had a problem with the other tires. I guess I'll take it in and find out.
