wiring harness replacement?

Anyone know anything about this kit?  Good, bad?

It's a generic wiring harness kit. That fits the 02 as well as $200 of grommets, wire, terminals and fuses does. 

 

Might be be a good start for a complete rewire but don't expect that to be at all customised (look at the headlight dip switch and ignition key switch). More suited to wiring a hot rod.

thanks for the idea - but replacing a 40+ year old wiring harness with another 40+ year old wiring harness hardly seems like an improvement.  Just saying.

If you do go the "painless" way, could you please post (or blog) your experience? It would be nice to help others down the road that would like to update their own.

I'm contemplating the same route as my harness was fried. And, I have an M20 conversion installed. So, I think this would be the best way to git 'r' dun.
