Euro Seat Covers, Black 72 Stock Seats

Recommended Posts

I have a pair of decent, all-original used black seats from a 72 2002. They have all of the original hardware and headrests. A few splits in the seams. They are good candidates for restoration, as they are complete.

Asking $90 picked up in Seattle.

I also have some very nice, original two-tone black and gray seat covers out of a euro 72tii. I planned on recovering the 72 seats with these covers, but they didn't match my rear seat. I bought these in Germany a while back for a lot of $$$. They could use a good cleaning, but they have no rips or tears.

Asking $240 for the covers plus shipping.

I will do $300 for everything.

Yes, still available. I believe they're the same except maybe the hinge covers.

You lucked out!  '73 tii's had black recliners while '72 tii's had chrome recliners.  These seats are reportedly out of a '72 non-tii, which generally (but not always) had black recliners.  So, yes, these seats should be the same as those for a '73 tii.

Regards,

Steve

I'm very interested in those seat covers. Is the Grey section vinyl or cloth ? I'm assuming the staining can clean -up

Either way I'll take them, if they have no rips.

I'm in So Cal, so shipping shouldn't  be a big deal.

Just out of curiosity, do the upper covers have a hole for a headrest ? I don't use headrests, and I can cover-up the holes, if they are there.

I can’t believe you sold those seats for less than $100. I hear they are worth$1000 these days, even with the tears.

Hah, times are a changing... And apparently wrecked Recaros are "worth" $1k too. Truth be told, I kept these as spares, and glad I did!
