engine and drivetrain Tii injectors on an itb?

Has anyone done an itb setup using the tii system ? There are itb's available with no pre drilled holes. the only thing prob you have do aside from drilling and tapping is to rig the cold start probably on the intake manifold like Alpina or Engenmann does  and the linkage has to be modified from the pump to the itb's.

I  have not personally, although there are a number of examples (Dbilas and others) where it has been done.  The early A4 systems used weber/sidedraft style manifolds without the cold start injector, they actually mounted that in the air box and had it squirt down into the manifold.  Too lazy to post the pics, search my blog and you will find some.  Honestly not too difficult to do, this guy had an A4 manifold or A4 knock off manifold and Dbilas TB's.
