I got one with fan (genuine BMW) through Steve at BluntTech, approximately 6 months ago. Of course, OEM supplies do tend to wax and wane. Steve is on this forum regularly. If you've only looked on websites, I suspect you'll need to speak with or e-mail someone like Steve directly.

You can both with and without fan, the with fan motor is crazy expensive from what I was able to find. thehackmechanic posted an amazing link above of his research to find a fan that can work in place of stock.
