Axle nut lock washer / spindle hub washer, availability?

So........I lost one of my axle nut lock washers (between castle nut and bearings on front spindle)......and my other one the tab is a bit fubar and makes it tough to get off the spindle.

So, is this something I can pick up locally (NAPA or specialty fastener store).........or am I going to have to do the Blunt route?

Get Blunt on the case. While you're at it, order new axle nuts. They're around $6 each and worth twice that since they're clean, unmangled and rust free.
