I have no personal experience with that part. I just happen to run across it looking for something else. It obviously looks very similar to the s14 part and appears to include the fittings for the oil cooler hose connections. It may or may not incorporate a thermostat like the S14 part. That's all I can tell you. If you buy the part, let us know how it works out.
