All 02s had the threaded bolt on parcel shelf as far as I know and four lap belts were required.  They all came with radials but he probably swapped the Michelins for Pirellis.  Here are 70 and 73 prices.

Here is an original window sticker from my '76 2002. I keep this between two sheets of plexiglass under the drivers seat, and hang it in the back seat window at car shows.

I was told the Dollar tanked against the Deutsch-Mark in 1975-76 and that increased the price a bit from an earlier year or so.
