start by removing all bulbs, cleaning sockets and bulb ends of

all oxidation. best if you use spray 'contact oil' like Wurth

brand or other electrical oxidation/oil treatment on your

cleaned contacts.

Grounding of light units, grounding of wiring near front

and rear light units - clean remove wire ground terminals and

sand clean the body contact points and terminals......... for starters

dirty and corrode over the years. You can try cleaning 'em in place with some spray tuner cleaner, but to do it right, remove the lever assy from the steering column and do some cleaning with q-tips and carb cleaner or alcohol.

Bet that's the problem as the only circuit difference between the 4 ways and the turn signals is the t/s lever, since they both use the same exterior lights and flasher unit.
