Is this a tii manifold?

I know that this topic has been beaten to death, but so much research has now gotten me completely confused on whether I actually do have a tii manifold!

I bought this piece brand new from the BMW dealer and according to their records, this IS a tii manifold. Part # is 1162 1 265 449

Here are a few photos - any confirmation would be much appreciated.

Not trying to ruin your day but the manifold doesnt appear to have the Tii bulge. I believe you can find a picture.....Thru search
