You all have seen this car about a month ago. Well, I got it!!! It was not running when I picked it up. The car is now in SACRAMENTO. I do not think I have the time for full restoration. No major rust, I give it 8.5 on a 10 scale. Car runs good. Needs interior TLC and paint job. NEW BATTERY INSTALLED.To cover my costs on towing, getting it to be drivable. Can Nevada's smog law be stricter than California? What is your source? I sold a 1976 Chimoniz white 02 to a Nevada Sheriff Department officer / or employee about a month ago, and that is my current source of FYI. You might be correct, but I doubt it seriously. Thank you for your input, but I will check directly with the Nevada DMV tomorrow, and keep everyone posted. Bolaman77
