  1. Hello FAQer, Name is Patrick from Savannah. I have been roaming around here for a long time. Finally got myself back into a 2002 after messing around with the E30s. This is my third one, and most likely the last one as I am keeping this one until I pass on. The family currently has 6 02s, one that is being parted out right now with some goodies. I am from the young generation, but love to help any fellow 02ers as possible. Got s.Well here is ride... 5. Grow up Etsy, please act your age. I know you got to be a like 30-50 something lady that really feels that she has been taking advantage of. I have lost more money than you on the forums buying and selling things. That is what you have paypal for, even though you had to wait however long you said, you still got your money back. I call that a forum victory for the good guys and gal (I included u). I really enjoyed this back and forth with you. May god give you the know-how to one day forgive Jason in your heart as Christian, Jew, or Muslim.
  6. Actually the tires did get sold without his knowledge, cause he went to go pick them up to ship them off and they were gone. But to end this "Etsy" rant, if you interested in this 2002; I will be the point of contact. I will get pictures and give you all the information that is needed on the car, and make sure it is as advertised and deal is done right. Now Etsy, if you have problem please contact me, personally. I have no problem putting my credibility on the line against your existence. my email is pwagon717@yahoo.com
  7. We were going to restore a 76 BMW, but we have decided to part it out because our window of getting it done was cutting it close. So we basically had a full great running 02, and gutted the whole car to be sent to rust repair and bodywork where needed. We have catalogue each part that we took off the car, and have over a 100 pics of parts(take sometime to download) What we have is a Rolling shell(very solid) on suspension and wheels Dogleg 5- speed tranny (2nd gear syncro is grinding) All the glass Trim Seats/door cards mint 1-piece dashboard Ansa exhaust Complete running engine that did not leak a single drop of oil Brand new Dual 40s webers with manifold Just trying to recoup some money for my partner on the project I will get pics and prices up, just want to get some interest as we just decided today on ending this project. Pic will be up this weekend, have to drive 3hrs to pick the shell back up in Myrtle Beach, SC that we just drop off. pwagon717@yahoo.com or 912-220-2792.
  8. I do not get into his daily doings. Did not know he sold the bumper to you. I am not his assistant, as I run my own company. Did you get your money back? So move on. Done deal. . Do not do any dealing with him anymore. I do not have to get over nothing. Likewise for you "Get over it" Just tired of seeing forum posts with this name calling. I know there is someone out there that feel the same way about you that you feel about Jason. End of discussion
  9. ok, lets calm down with the name calling. I am his older brother, and his negligence on his part was bad. He actually sent the bumper off but wrote the wrong address and it got sent back. Paypal did take the money out his account, because I had to give him money for the negative balance twice. So under the buyer protection, paypal did take money back from Jason to pay you back. One thing I am not going to let happen is have you or anyone else throw shit on his name. It was a deal gone bad, he paid the price and you also got your money back. Ask IBjettin how is transaction was with Jason. Let keep this thread on topic.
  10. Test drove a 2002 today, and had some issues with the transmission. I am thinking the clutch is toast from a 16yr old driving it. symptoms: Clutch pedal needs to pressed a couple of times (has little to no pressure) Going into reverse has a great grind Going into the gears driving, esp 3rd pedal is to the floor and engine reving at high rpm, but car does not react to pedal, Seemed like clutch was not catching to the flywheel. Thanks for any help
  11. No problem. Needs to find a new home.
  12. Restoring an 76. It is a complete shell right now, and getting trailored to SC for all the body work. Adding flares and spoiler to body. Engine will be refreshed with dual 45 webers and adding AC. Interior is getting a make-over with Recaros and new panels/carpets. It is kind of hard without the pictures, but it will be well documented with pics and receipts. But what would an ESTIMATED value it would bring?
  13. V-dub scene is actually not like that. BMW scene has the same culprits.
  14. Not looking to hold on to the car, make an offer you never know.
  15. give me a call or email me. I could make you a great deal for you, so you don't have to seach for another 02
  16. Do not history of the engine itself, checked everything over when we bought. One of the first BMWs that did not leave a drop of something. What you see in the photos is what you get. The previous owner removed all molding and also the holes for them. It did not bother us none as we were going to prep it for racing. Body is in great shape.
  17. We bought the car turn into a racecar, but as business is picking up we do not have time to mess with it. We have 3 other 2002 already, so this one has to go. The previous owner did all the rust repair and modifications. They replaced all the floor pans, and spare wheel storage. We bought the car because it was rust free. The car was stripped of all its moldings, and painted red. It is not the best of jobs, but it gets the job done. The interior was swapped for some aftermarket seats that I guess was re-stitched to color match the car. It has a short shifter, that is very short. The car as a whole is in very good condition. Right now it needs a distributor (blew last week) to get it running again, which we probably be replaced before the sale. The car ran perfect with no problems. Engine is mainly stock, and we also have cover for carb. $3500 (OR BEST OFFER) or trade for E30 automatic with working AC (must) 912-220-2792 (Patrick) Outside 4 by pwagon717, on Flickr Outside 3 by pwagon717, on Flickr Side by pwagon717, on Flickr outside 2 by pwagon717, on Flickr Outside 1 by pwagon717, on Flickr Interior by pwagon717, on Flickr Interior by pwagon717, on Flickr Engine 2 by pwagon717, on Flickr Engine 1 by pwagon717, on Flickr Strut towers by pwagon717, on Flickr
