Helping my brother sell his 2002: 1976 BMW 2002 Was repainted about 10 years ago, and sat in the garage in Florida at a friends house. They brought it up to Savannah, where it sat outside for a half year (covered). Bought it then sold it to my brother. It is runs in it current state, but has a possible rod knock/lifter issue. .Another running engine will come with the car. This 2002 is very solid and does not have the rust issues like my 2002 did. Modification: New Bilsteins Front/Rear shock H&R springs ST blue sway bars (22/19) not installed Volvo big brake conversion in front Euro Turn Signals Roll bar Still have both bumpers Box of Tii parts (Pistons/Rod) Extra Engine that came out of a recent running 2002. (Complete) He is looking for $4500 for everything. So it is offically for sale. I bought me a E30 M3, and would be nice to have both cars, but the wife wants a house and I want to swap the E30 M3. This car was one of the cars that I wanted when I was a teen. I practically grew up around this car. But like with most things, it is time to move on and I only live once. 1972 2002 Polaris Silver/ black interior Turbo flares w/ front spoiler M10 engine-refreshed E12 head with a rare Alpina 300 cam, headers, dual 45s DCOE w/ trumpets and filters. 944 three core rad ( 4 times larger than the BMW 2002 cooling system) Oil-Cooler installed in the fender 5-spd OD trans w/ 3.91 LSD ansa exhaust with center section removed Suspension- GC front coils with Rabbit Billy, shortened housing, Rear 400lb 8' springs with adjuster, ST big front sway bar. Behr AC that work great Hella flat H4 headlights 13x7 Ronal Magnesium racing wheels (Rare) Things that are problems: The car is 40 years old, never been restored, so it does have its rust issues. Driver side frame rail has rot, spare tire well. Some on the trunks and roof. All pics are showing all the issues. Door panels needs new clips, some are missing. Webers need some more tuning, but they working great for daily purpose. Thinking about selling the set that is on my car. They are 13x7 all around. Bought new hardware (bolts) from BBS. They use the same lips, and barrels as the E30s. Just looking to change up.
