how much is a rebuilt stock "modell 71" diff going for these days in the bay area? anyone know of a supplier or rebuilder?

No real Idea on rebuilt prices.

Used LSD's average $300 or more.

Call JP at A1 415-256-1949 he may be able to rebuild yours.

Other folks down in low Cal like Jeremy @ IE or Dave Varco @ Arrdvark can help.

Of course there is Metric Mechanic if you got the funds.

Good used ones are fine unless you need something special.
