The 7th Annual Covered Bridge, Pottery and Fruitcake Drive Takes place in and around Seagrove, pottery capital of NC and the Uwharrie National Forrest. Great roads, no traffic and the ladies have a really good time shopping in Seagrove and at Southerm Supreme Fruitcake Company. The leaves were at their peak (not evident by the photos taken by Humberto and me) and it was a beautiful fall day

This year we had 15 02s, 3 coupes and about 6 other 'non BMW' participants. The event was highlighted by the debut of Scott and Etta's Taiga touring and Shane Sahara 2800 CS.

We have a few 'high strung' 02s in our club that seem to require a lot of maintenance but run really well when they do, and we have affectionately dubbed them the 02 Group Fighter Jet Squadron (jets require about 10 hours of maintenance for each hour of flight time
