Euro, front bumper installation question.

Do you have to remove the nose part of the body to install the euro

front bumper brackets? The back hole of the two that have been filled is accessable from the wheel well, but the front hole is behind the nose.

no need to remove the panel.

you can actualy access the front ones by the engine bay, you have to remove the rad so you can slide there a electric drill and drill out the welded shut holes.
