I believe this 1600 may have gone to a board member. Was wondering whatever happened to this car and remember seeing it for sale a couple of years ago.

TR: Karl H. sold it to somebody here in Ohio, in fact not too far from where Karl lives in Yellow Springs. I tried contacting the new owner, but he did not reply. I was hoping that he'd be an enthusiast who'd like to do some gtg's with the rest of us. For anything more, you'll have to ask Karl.

That's my old 1600. I see the new owner, Eric, storming around in it occasionally. I've been in touch with him a few times to sell or give him parts for it. AFAIK, he's just a busy young guy, so hanging out (online or otherwise) and gabbing about 02 stuff isn't at the top of his priority list.

FWIW, I think Eric may have passed the BMW bug along to his dad who just picked up a 750iL after having a bad experience with a Volvo...
