Saw this on craigslist in Vancouver. A tii project for $950 canadian! My wife won't let me it until I finish with the one I already have. "snif"

The least you could have done was to come up with a better story.

While clearing out the house of an elderly German gentleman, he asked if I would take the old car out of the barn and deliver it to the junkman...

I think we need to have a standard formula for these stories (much like the country & western music code of pickups, dogs, and drinkin'). They need to include:

An elderly or deceased owner

A barn or old garage

A desireable car

The threat of things going to junkyards

A ridiculously low sale price

Move the car into a garage and we might start to believe the story.

I have been corresponding with this guy for a bit and he told me it is a 2002 with a tii engine. It doesn't run AFAIK.

He seems like a good guy, has too many projects so this one has to go.

It does appear to have a factory sunroof which is a nice touch.

It also appears to be a 1973 not a 1972 but that's just a guess on my part.

The car is in Falkland, British Columbia.
