suspension noise

Had a local shop replace F & R stock springs and bilstein HD's. Car feels good at speed but there is a very pronouned popping sound heard when turning the wheels left or right at low speeds (< 5 mph). It only happens with the suspension loaded and in forward motion. Any ideas?

They didnt set the springs on the upper bearings right. The whole shock and spindle assembly spin on the upper bearing. When I replaced my shocks I did the same thing. The springs didnt seat correctly and I heard popping sounds. It even made turning the steering wheel a little harder. Lift the car and try to set them in place. Or take it back and have the shop do it. Good luck!
