They actually have lug bolts, i.e. hub flanges are threaded and Bolts hold the wheels on.

bmw-auto-parts-dealer.com shows about 10 different configurations for that hub and prices all around $130-150. I think they are part of Bell BMW in Texas, as a matter of fact I think you turned me on to their site.
