I used the jaymic bar, fits well, and looks the part, but seeing as I changed my entire suspension and drivetrain at the same time I can't say whether I felt any seat of the pants change in the front end handling.

regardless of whether or not there is any improvement in the handling it should help to keep the front valance from cracking. The area just above the headlamps where the radiator support joins the inner fender is prone to cracking from hard cornering.
