I just purchased ARP head bolts that are threaded on both ends. What special tool do i need to make sure they screw on tight to the cylinder block?

clamping pressure and control. Seach the archives for an excellent writeup that John Aho wrote about studs vs bolts. Studs clamp more evenly than bolts

The baffle plate in the valve cover (the one under the breather) also needs to be modified/removed. You'll also find it can be a real bitch to keep the stud on the driver's side of cylinder #4 (the exposed one) from seeping oil.

Cheers!
