Patrick,

Sugarland area used to be, until recently, a huge dairy farm and agricultural area. It's a confusing place now, with all the new developments and strip mall shopping center places.

I get out there a couple of times a year. Headed down on Oct 10th-15th, staying at the JW Marriott on Westheimer at The Galleria.
